Much appreciated, the arrangement was nice - I don't mind leaving a tip, but it looks like between the delivery fee and standard service fee, the charges are significant. I understand a delivery fee...not sure what a standard service fee is. If part of that is a tip, it doesn't seem that bad, but a tip on top of an additional $20 is pushing it.
